I dived Kitty with Wayne Kinard today. I t would have been impossible without Wayne's knowledge of the system. What a difference a few inches of rain in Georgia makes! It was like diving in pea soup. Vis was 8 feet. Half of the time I couldn't see the walls of the cave. We turned at the Nostrils because there seemed to be no point in continuing.

Given the large number of windows in the system and the proximity to the surface, LB is very susceptible to the effects of rain and run off. It's one of the reasons the viz is seldom great.
