Big mistake. As usual you jump in and start criticizing people that you have never dived with and know nothing about their skills or experience. We can walk and chew gum at the same time and in this case swim and carry a small camera. If we had gotten into the system and found the camera to be a safety risk or to overly task load us, we would have either clipped the camera to the line, continued the dive and picked up the camera or just turned the dive.

I don't care who you are, if its your first dive in a new system, and you're using a handheld(thanks for the clarification Jeff), do an evaluation dive before bringing the camera in... Its a simple matter of conservation that most professionals usually adhere to.

Jerk isn't offensive, Ass is, as is that other comment. You have to know this.
Personally I think your a nice guy and have quite a bit of knowledge, I don't want to see you go, but don't fall on your sword over this, it ain't worth it.

Yes, but if enough moderators vote to ban you, there isn't much I can do about it. FWIW, a second ban will be a lot longer than a week.
