I reserve the adjectives "spooky" or "eerie" to describe portions of cave where there is the potential for high pucker factor. I use "creepy" for those caves that actually exhibit that behavior. "Creepy" caves to me, are the ones with globules of green or orange slime that might cause untold diseases!
