And I thought I was the first. I keep wet notes, backup lights, etc. in mine. It's much easier to reach than a thigh pocket, especially in sidemount.

I use the a fore mentioned DR zipper bag, but DR also sells Velcro lift bag sleeves that have belt loops or mounting holes that you can use to clip a double-ender off with. Here: http://www.divegearexpress.com/tools/liftbags.shtml
The Gosidemount pouch has mesh at the back. http://gosidemount.com/Razor/razor_pouch.asp. I use a 'normal' DR horizontal, but I'd like to know more about the no longer sold DR mesh pouch.
