Damn that flow is ripping. So how did you manage to hold your position, hold the camera and hold onto his fins at the same time? Nice work!

    2) They are on private land and the owner wanted to lock up the land for one reason or another (to combat against the proposed Trans-US Corridor or to stop infighting of the kids over the land for example) but the cave then becomes govt protected.
    3) They are on govt land to begin with so good luck getting into them.
So I Just need to convince them that I would not know an endangered species if I saw one! (Probably true unless I find a dodo bird swimming through the cave or something.... doubtful...)

In Alabama all you need for a federal wetland is one of several species of plant to accidentally sprout up.
So I guess you could plant a few in the lots surrounding your house in a subdivision to prevent overcrowding.

Curt, I noticed all the silt from Brett's poor finning techniques. Wait, he didn't have fins. Nevermind.........
That looks like quite a wild ride.

I found a nice little crevasse and a large rock on the floor right against the right wall. Once stuffed up into the hole, the camera work wasn't that hard, with the exception of flying rocks from Brett that is.

Curt wedged his butt in a space in the cave wall. The flow is insane. I may it about 8' shorter than Brett but that 8' is probably 100x worse.
