There would be no more "access for everyone" than there is now. No non-certified scuba diver will be allowed access, period. No OW/Cavern/Intro/Apprentice diver will be allowed access to the cave, period. No non-trimix certified full cave diver will be allowed access, period. Only the elite (trimix certified, full cave) divers will have access. The vast majority of cave divers opposing this are themselves.

I hope the attitude towards people opposing this movement isn't as harsh at the meeting as it is here and on TDS.
I think when you get there you'll find that it isn't just "kool aid drinkers"

You mean I can't just go and dive? Well in all my days I've never seen such an outrage!

Compared to joining the military(Casey's analogy, not mine), AOW is a pretty dang easy prereq.

I was at Amigos this weekend and wayne said he would bring the big board of diver by country, also put together his customer list by country. I cant work a day in alabama and get there in time Maybe someone can double check with Wayne and make sure he is attending. He sounded very interested in helping show the broad reach and economic impact. One example given was a Russian diver who calculated his expenses spent in the US for each trip at about $7000, and he is there 4X a year. Big impact on not only dive shops but hotels, rental cars, restaurants, etc.

No I do not. I have not been involved with any dive projects that have permitted access to Wakulla in over a decade.
