    Very nice video...exactly the way it is (when the flow is up). I have never seen duckweed at Cow. Flooding yes, low flow not yet.

    For the first restriction it would depend on the physical size of the diver. For more than a few of the cave divers I have seen, they could not get through it in back mount unless they shove the tanks through first. I don't doubt that Larry in back mount could squeeze through, and certainly in side mount he could easily fit.

    Krispy Kreme is not your friend if you want to dive Cow.

    I have a female friend that is 5'5", 180 pounds, and she can make the second restriction in backmounted 104s. Even I'VE been through it (backmount with a buddy bottle), so I don't call it "major."

    I go through with My Kiss Classic on my back with lp85's sidemounted.

    It is not a major restriction, but it can mess with you mind.

    Granted I've only been 2500' into cow but I don't remember running into any spots that required clawing.
