In search of a good cannister light
Does anyone have for sale or know where I might get a cannister light that is reasonably priced? I've seen some of those home made ones online and the prices look too good to be true. Has anyone had experiences with these lights?

The MikeLight is low production, but as good or better than most "store bought" lights.
I had good luck buying a used light. I might upgrade to a more powerful home made or store bought light some day but it's not at the top of my list right now.
I have only used "Light monkey" and "Diverite" can lights. I love my DR light. You always come across good deals on the gear exchange here and also in the classifieds on scubaboard.

The main thing that worries me about buying something for several hundred $$ on ebay is you're stuck if you don't like it. I'd communicate with the seller to make sure if you're not happy with the product you recieve, or if it's not what you thought it would be, you can return it for a refund.
I've bought several Salvo/LM lights used off the Deco Stop. No problems with any of them, and the prices have been quite good. Too good, in fact; what do we need with five can lights?
