Maybe you can stick your head out under a ledge, but for all intents and purposes... its an OW dive.

I did one Wakulla Cavern dive. I don't know if I'd brag about how much overhead I had, but it certainly is an impressive place to dive!

I don't know that I would argue with you as it being for all intents and purposes, an OW dive, but technically it's a cavern and I'm sure a lot of the people who shout out any time anyone breaks any rule by the smallest about, they'd scream bloody murder.
