Diepolder 3

Larry Green and I dove Diepolder 3 this week (12/4/11) three different times. 15/50, 32%, and 100%. The basin was a beautiful clear blue while the room itself was murky with poor viz of about 20 feet. Who changed the line in there anyway? It looks new, there are what appears to be survey markers on it, and it seems to go deeper on the last 1/3 of the swim going counter clockwise (with the wall on the right). Local cops were doing shoot/don't shoot exercises on the regular way in and had that side of the access closed off. So we went around the long way by Diepolder 2....which BTW was just beckoning for someone to go in there. Basin was nice there too, BUT why bother as the cave would probably look the same way. Good dives because I was able to drive Larry nuts, as always.
