2. figure out who is selling this stuff and don't buy gear that is marked unless you know the owner.

I don't think what we're asking for is any more out of line than what they charge to dive there; all we are asking for is to get what we paid for.

Hmm... seems like we should apply this same principal to Jackson Blue. We pay them plenty of money to dive there, probably a large portion of annual revenue, and we don't even get to use the bathrooms!
