Socially, it seems slow here. There are a few people around (it seems like Northern CA week, particularly at this hotel). I've talked to some business owners who really are hurting. In HS, the Chinese restaurant has closed, and the new Mexican restaurant moved to Alachua (presumably so they can serve beer and wine). That leaves the pizza place and Great Outdoors for dinner, plaus tha Alachua restaurants.
This is a slow month for northern FL. I wish I'd planned the time with the clean up in mind---maybe will try to get here for the NACD weekend.
