1. Lightweight Frame
2. Heavy duty construction
3. Doesn't take a dog sled team to pull it.
4. Large wheels for 4 wheel terrain.
5. Large enough for tanks and gear
6. Folds up for easy transport and storage.

I have been working on it, but all my designs end up being to damn heavy. My best option so far has been to use aluminum, but the cost went toooooo high.

I was even thinking about just building a heavy duty one to leave at Jug Hole.

Cow just needs really big wheels to make that terrain, but it will still be a betch to pull it up the hill.

Cow isn't that far, but Jug really needs one. I would pitch in towards the cost.

Don, FWIW, chrome molly is lighter, stronger, and cheaper than aluminum. But it is mostly the wheels that give out on those carts, plus the cheesy steerable axle support.

Right now, I am still recovering from neck surgery and am very limited in what I can do. I will start working out some designs and will build it when I can. I will donate my time and the material to Jug and when it is complete if anyone wants to pitch in that will be fine. I just don't want anyones money until it is done.

Since it will be a permanent thing. It will not need to fold up for easy transport. I expect large tires that are flat proof with a minimum of maintainance issues.

It is the rims themselves that are breaking. Just stronger wheels would help a lot.
