Conditions at Peacock 1

I'd appreciate if someone who has recently dived Peacock 1 would provide some information on conditions (visibility). Thanks!

I came down the peanut line yesterday from Orange Grove and it was great. Vis was outstanding and the temp was about 70. Surface pool looks like sh1t though. Probably not 5 feet of vis in the surface pool. Once in the cave it opens up beautifully though.

We had an old local walk down last Sunday and he said he had never seen the basin that low and mucky. Once in the cavern and cave vis is good. Big temperature difference too.

last weekend the entrance was kinda murky but once you got into the cave itself the viz was great.

Had a great dive to the Crypt yesterday. Yep the basin was pretty dark and the water was chilly at first. Once in the cave the vis was pretty darn good both on the mainline and peanut line (and we left it that way B) ). Did not get up to OG or P III this time though.
