A good illustration of the need for redundancy in every system. It they'd had a spare they wouldn't have had to embarrass themselves by retrieving it. (Though I'd guess that they're probably not easily embarrassed.)
I have to wonder - was it in use when it was dropped? Jeano, was it turned on or off when you picked it up?
