Congratulations. Just got my Cavern in December, it was the greatest change in skill set since I took my first open water training. Now on to Intro this week, and if I don't #$%^ up, Apprentice this winter, and Full cave next spring.

I have just recently taken an interest in all of this.
I hope to get my Cavern soon too!
If any one has any suggestions for an instructor, I would appreciate it! I live in Northern California.
Come dive Mill Pond. Get your training with Edd Sorenson. He has serious experience, both years and # of dives, and can take you basically as far as you want to go. Dive JB, HITW, and Twin.

Edd has the best prices on anything overhead related, too.

I'm excited and I know this pales in comparison to many of the certs by everyone here, but it is my first cert for overhead and what I've been working towards. I learned a ton and I've learned a lot from this site from everyones posts and blogs that helped me in class, so THANK YOU!!! It feels like the first big step into getting cave certification and it feels good!!
Congratulations! You're close to slipping accross to the dark side. In Florida, there are literally hundreds of different systems to dive. They're waiting........

Me and the wifey just did our full cave with Richard Dreher in April. Cant wait to get back to Florida and explore some different caves. Richards ability to communicate and instruct was way past my expectations, and he has helped both of us tremendously.
I would refer him to anyone looking to really improve their skills as a diver. Best of luck and congrats.

Thanks for the congrats!!! Definitely a butt kicker, but learned a ton. I can not wait for a trip to Florida, especially from all the pictures and stories I see here. As I had read by someone else, it is definitely a permit to LEARN!!! Thanks Again!

ow dare you think such a thing. If nothing else it means you have the maturity, judgment, and responsibility to seek out the proper training and take the approach that is needed to safely enter and more importantly EXIT the caves. I commend you for seeking out training, congadulations and welcome to the dark side.
