I do about half ocean, half cave dives so an N19 is a reasonable compromise with a fresh battery. A Gavin with a short tube and 26 would probably work also.

I'll be in North Florida around Memorial Day weekend and could pick up there.

Let me know what you have and how much. Feel free to PM or email.

I wonder what the call to the coast guard will sound like when some fisherman pulls it up in his net
Did you have it marked with your name? I would contact the Coast Guard there and let them know you lost it. It may not be as long a shot as it seems.

    What me worry?

Not to mention an N-19 should be slightly positive in salt water, and a small part would be above the surface.

Now would be a good time to shop around for another insurance company. (State Farm has covered every claim my family has ever made.)
My agent said it would be covered if it was stolen, but not for simple loss. Are agents the the definitive word on claims or should I talk to someone else?
Any insurance types out there know if this is normal? Has anyone gotten homeowners insurance to pay for anything lost? I've been paying them for 15 years with no claims ever.

I talked to my insurance agent again. He said he called people at State Farm and Nationwide and they said it wouldn't be covered either.

So... who wants to sell me an inexpensive scooter.

keep after your agent. he/she is YOUR agent and is supposed to go to bat for you between you and the company. of course he is motivated to save the company money too.... still, it's his/her call for the most part and surely if you indicate your displeasure and the potential of switching companies more favorable to loss.... just work on him.

i have a techna dx for sale, $500.00

It is just a little positive in saltwater. It has my name and phone number inside and out.
