WTB Large ScubaPro JetFins

I'm looking for a set of JetFins for my wife, after looking at this chart, we believe large will fit her pretty well. I dive XL and they are too big.

She is an 8 1/2 in US Womens shoes.

Prefer ones with spring instead of strap but we can put the spring on ourselves if necessary.
