I got the Alachua County public library to order this book years ago and as far as I know they still have it.
You could ask your library to do the same or try to get it through inter-library loan.

I have it and the batteries are are good but it is a pain to charge. I have to charge the batteries separately because some POS stole my 24 volt charger.
