I resemble that remark! but then you do, too

Too funny Sludge! (on my Mac at home, it's easy to insert the umlaut--on a PC, not so much)

Land of Enchantment -- not so great for cave diving, but mighty scenic!

just saw the map looks ok but i think there may be a few things missing

Some areas are unknown because no one has ever ventured forth, Some are unknown because no one has ever returned.

Hey Adam, I think we got a lot of cave from the slim chance entry. We did not get all from jump 4 as it was named but we added some to jump 3. Not sure about jumps 6 and 7. We were kicked out right after Mike and Mike made the connection to your original Sin Nombre cave. As a result, they were not able to survey all of the "original" passage. Maybe there will be a chance to do more survey work down the road. We missed you!

    Adam,

It should be noted that the map is not a full representation of what is actually there, but rather a representation of the data that was collected. Dive survey, by default, produces low accuracy data from which it is hard to make a highly accurate map. Given the time and the access, I would have pushed for a lot more detail and information which would have made a better map.

Not having access to the main entrance, and not having access to the cave every day of the short week that we were there, I'm rather excited about the kilometer of cave that we surveyed. Glad you enjoyed the map.

    -Jon
