I've often thought about bringing a trowel or something similar and trying to smooth over so bad areas in caves that don't really self heal. I have not though for fear of making things worse. Anyone tried something like this? Other than the "pro" job at Cow I don't think I have seen it discussed.
Yes, I did that in the roller coaster tunnel and simply smoothed all the obvious hand plants, scooter shroud marks, and fin marks a couple years ago and it worked quite well, i dont think it would work so well for the deeper gouges that are in the hillier. Bill
