Well, I ordered both of them

CD-A&O has about thirty different authors, and I know several people that bring their copies to socials and workshops to get the various authors to autograph their chapters.

(I get to feel like a big shot about twenty or thirty seconds a year.)

But your chapter completely omits some important pieces of internet diving history. The cavers email list generated a lot of traffic. Yes, much of it may have been bad, but some of it had useful information. To ignore it is an effort to whitewash the past.

I was asked to write about my own experiences with "internet diving." I was on the cavers e-mail list for about a week. As it was pretty much unmoderated, it was just one peeing contest after another, and I quickly lost interest.

Ok, so this would explain the bombardment of A&O combo orders I've been getting the last few days. I am happy to see more of these being ordered. We are now selling them at below cost, but we felt it was important to get the book moving again because it is one of best publications. Eventually the price will go back up, but likely not for a little while.

I'll bring a bunch to the conference this weekend if anyone's interested in taking a look at it (and saving on shipping).
