Looking for the download kit for a Nitek Plus.

First, the dive computer OEM is Seiko Epson. From what I can tell, the following brands are the same computer, from the perspective of the interface software:
Zeagle N2ition
Dive Rite Nitek
Tusa IQ
And there are probably others.

All the brands use the same software with only some minor branding changes. You can download it from the Zeagle or Tusa web site. http://www.zeagle.com/showproduct/101/N2iTiON-PC-Download-Kit/ Dive Rite has taken it down.

Seiko has stopped all development on the software, without Vista/Windows 7 support. Some folks have gotten it to work on Win 7 x64 in VPC mode using pass through USB. I had an XP machine and so I used that.

You can check out this thread on SB if you have not seen it: http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/zeagle/282548-n2ition-software.html While it's 21 pages long, only the last few pages talk about a solution to the issues with the Sieko (PCLogBook) download.

I recently purchased Scubase and wanted to import my dives from PCLogBook (the Seiko software). Unfortunately, Sieko removed all export capability. So I wrote a little app that will parse the xml file and output a .csv file that can easily be imported into Scubase. DiveLogBook can import the same file. BTW, I decided to buy Scubase because it has more flexible customization capability, although it's not quite as sexy. (I know, spoken like a true byte head!)

Anyway, let me know if you want the xml->.csv conversion app.

Thanks, is the software for the duo the same as for the plus? I did find some software on Dive Rite's site for the plus but I'm not sure if it is what I need.

I'm pretty sure it is the same. I have a pair of NiTek Duo's and I've had no issues with using the software downloaded from the Zeagle site (once I installed it on a Windows XP machine). I could not get it to install on a Win 7 x64 machine. There is only one download kit for this class of dive computer. It looks like a chip bag clip.

Gas, the plus is a wrist watch style computer and not the same as your duo. The download docking station is different. I am not sure if the software is different
