Her letter sounds like it was written with the help of someone who dives.

I make dozens of safe dives every year with boats right above me - you know, at St. Andrews State Park.
(And these are boats with clueless drivers.)
Whoever said money can't buy love never bought a puppy.
the basin is so massive I can't see how the boat would have any trouble with the divers.
Yep, thats my point, and we should also be pushing towards more lax regulation there IMO.
No, but it is better then totally closed like it was for years. I know it seems like a slow process, but we need to convince the State Park people that we are safe to dive there. Since there haven't been any problems in a couple of years, they may start relaxing the rules some, but yelling about it won't do any good. Joining one of the groups got it this far would help, like GUE, NACD, NSS-CDS. WCDC too![]()

Someone in the know (Mat) please tell me the requirements for Emerald, and the reason that Cherokee is closed.
Additionally, does anyone know the boat tour schedules for the past year? Is it true that there are two runs (primitive aka river and glass bottom)?
