    Default Peacock - The Well.....

Had my first dive in the Well today after doing a Pothole - Crossover - Peanut circuit... On the way in/out to the end of the line we saw two jumps.... one off to a side, and another harder to find going down into the floor.... Are both of these do-able in back mount...?

I have done the one off to your right as you are entering that is located shortly before you descend down the "well". This jump connects with a line that runs down another "well" and returns you to the line below the "well" that I mentioned first. I have done this in back mount, it does get a bit close, but not too bad. Take two short jump reels or spools to do the little side trip, and then continue on to the end of the line.

both are doable on back mount.

The section of line between the two is not very long and it is not all that tight - very do-able in backmount - but it is very puffy, so take care with fin kicks not to stir the silt. It is quite pretty in that section.

Very beautiful and interesting yet as DA mentioned very "puffy".
We visited the last time I was down and look forward to a return in a week.
Hopefully the New Year will bring warmer temps the water is always awesome!
    Safe diving all.
