Default Scubapro Galileo Sol & Trsmtr - LIKE NEW MINT COND - 6 Dives $875 Shipped

I know it's not for caving, but if anyone is looking for a good recreational set up, this is a Scubapro Galileo Sol and transmitter in absolutely like-new condition. Has been used on 6 dives Comes with all original factory packaging & manuals. Heart rate monitor has never been taken out of the box. I owned a dive shop until August 2010 and this was one of my personal computers. Brand new in April 2010. Was used on 6 dives and hasn't been wet since - just didn't have time to use it.

$875 shipped & insured in the CONUS. PayPal OK + 3%. If you have any questions, please call me at 904-704-7561. Also check my eBay feedback as 'gator4324' (200+ 100% positive comments).

Why? I used a hoseless, gas integrated computer in caves for several years. The only reason I stopped was I started diving multiple gas supplies (backgas and stages) and it only worked with one transmitter.

I've been considering a Sol for a few months now. (But I work for a dealer so I'll be able to get one new at keyman.)

I like the Luna/Sol computers in terms of log software, nifty digital compass that works great in caves and the multigas capability. They will are getting close to beta testing the trimix upgrade, so that potentially adds another attractive option (in 2-3 more years at the current rate of progress.)

My Predator is the "go to" cave/tech computer, but the Luna is great in terms of doing everything else the Predator does not and being the general back up to the Predator for deco.

Yes, you're right. Didn't mean it to make it sound like an absolute, as I'm sure there're some very competent cavers using hoseless computers. It just wouldn't be my preference.

    And the Sol is SPF.
