I have a set of PST 130's (3442psi), current hydro (second one) and vip, o2 clean, doubled with manifold 300 bar and fat bands I'd trade for a set of lp85's, doubled or single, with din valves, 200 or 300 bar. maybe we can keep this for trade thread going.... or is that a hijack? can you hijack a thread that completed its business? and yes, for a set of lp85's with din valves, in hydro, in vip or not, o2 cleaned or not, you get cleaned doubled 130's in hydro and vip with bands and manifold. too many sets of doubles, not enough of sidemount.... I might could be talked into deliverying them to cave country for a nominal delivery fee....

    Default or...

I also have as set of worthington 120's, 3442psi, current hydro/vip, cleaned, doubled, manifold, just like the 130's in last post if you'd rather trade for 120's. They are longer and skinnier than the 130's. too tall for me; i can't set them on the tailgate and gear up without standing on my tip-toes.

The lighter tanks are good nitrox cylinders in fresh water. Start adding helium or going in salt water and the heavier varieties start making more sense. Depends on what you're using them for. I've got a set of galvanized (Worthington?) LP 80's that I put together for ocean diving with Nitrox - nice for the ocean, not so nice for the caves. That's where the Faber LP85's come into play..

    Hey Skip,

I have a pair of Worthington LP85s that I would trade for the 130s. They don't have matched serial#s so perfect for SM. The hydro is about to expire so I can have that done before trade. I'll make sure they have valves on them. Currently they are separated for SM. I'm in no rush so can wait for the next time you are down.
