I've completed your survey but I do have a question. At the start, we're asked to select the one risk sport in which we participate. I, and probably quite a few others, participate in more than one. Wouldn't this be useful information for you?
I'm somewhat suprised that motorsports seemed to be missing from the list.
When you've completed your study, please provide the results here. Good luck with your work!

The last thing I ever want to do is hurt you. But it's definitely on the list.
Years ago my best friend was in pre-med (those were the days - she changed career paths and became a lawyer instead) and was involved in a psychology experiment. She was supposed to get subjects to predict whether their friends would call them introverts or extroverts. But she told me, "I can guarantee everybody will call you an extrovert, but I know you better than they do, and I know you're an introvert."
Every single person said I'm definitely an extrovert, with one exception: my mother. She said, "Everybody probably thinks you're an extrovert, but they're wrong."
Whoever said money can't buy love never bought a puppy.
Yup - some of us introverts are able to feign extroversion quite convincingly.

I was looking for a quiz online and found several but I'm not sure which is a "good one". My understanding though is that some people just have a really good balance between the two. The one I used said I was balanced right in the middle which is fitting for me. I believe that most people probably think I'm an extovert but I believe I'm actually more of an introvert. I don't deliberatly fake it though which makes me wonder just how accurate are these test. Anyone know of a site that has a "good quiz"?

My Meyers-Briggs shows me slightly introverted, but I'm right on the boundary and I can switch from being a little bit introverted to a little bit extroverted depending on circumstances. But in almost any circumstance I'm greatly perverted.

the big five (also called OCEAN) is one of the better ones out there today. it is based on a general five-factor model of personality, is easy to take, and is available online with instant scoring and explanation. try here:
