The owner has been trying for some time to sell this property. It seems that this could be good or bad. The current owners don't allow access to the other cave system on the property, which I have heard is fairly impressive. The site could possibly be used for water bottling, but I don't think there is enough flow to make that really viable.

To be honest, it is the only commercial OW Spring site I have dived that the owners were less than pleasant. Regardless, I found this while I was looking for their phone number as I am diving it again this weekend.

BTW, with air fills @ $10 at Blue Grotto, is there somewhere else in between Paradise Springs and Blue Grotto that can fill tanks at a reasonable price?

Nothin is reasonable between or at those 2 places. To me they are see um log em and move on. I believe it has been for sale for awhile.

I may just pack up 8 tanks and call it good. I get to try out my steel LP 72s for the first time this weekend... to see if I can get a bit better trim than with an AL80.

The cave is a joke. Seriously not worth the effort it takes to get in and/or out of it.

You can get fills at Bill Foots place a few miles north of paradise on St Rd 200 and 441

why bother going there?
the entrance fee alone is discouraging and I do not think their facilities and or "cavern" is worth it...

There is a cave dive there, but it's crap. As you walk down the steps look left. It's that way. As I recall, we had to descend an extension ladder in full gear to get into the system.
