    Serious problem? uhm.. No one I know using the cheap bolt type have ever had a problem. (The only type we use.) Now if you are diving Peacock in summer during a drought you will probably have more issues with your ears!!

    I do a few shots of vinegar and alcohol before each dive. No problems!

    On a serious note, just make sure your bolt is loose before you start urinating. The bacteria built up in the hose can be forced into the urethra if not...Yes, this will cause a UTI.
