Default Help with Peacock trail signs

    Hello everybody,

Wondering if there is one person around the Fort White / High Springs area that could help with building the kiosks for the Peacock trail. Need to be able to do heavy lifting. As the kiosks weigh about 200 to 250 all together. They are a bit of a bugger to move by myself. Would also be helping out with putting them together. Plan on getting dirty, wet, hot and such. I really need one person to help me out tomorrow. Will be working at my house in Fort White.

    Cheers!

Looking forward to seeing these when I come back over. The first kiosk that was up was pretty cool!

Hope you found someone to help you out and didn't carry all that stuff by yourself!

Jeff Reeves came out today. He was great help with everything. Cutting & fitting boards, Didn't shy away from the lifting. Was a lot of fun and hard work. Made everything move along quicker and smoother. All that is left is drilling the holes for the carriage bolts and torquing them down with the air ratchet. Then loading them up and getting them out to the park.

    Cheers!!

Here is the new request. Looking for flat bed trailer/truck or means of moving these signs for Fort White to Peacock Springs. They weigh about 250 each, so there is about one ton of 12 foot long signs to be moved. Will need help loading and unloading these signs. Would be great if we can organize the transportation and labor to move these signs.

    Cheers!!

My neighbor down the street was able to help me tonight. He unloaded his lawn tractors and hauled the signs to the park. So I am done asking for help.

I am sure Kelly and the NFSA will be along soon asking for help getting them out on the trail.

    Thanks for the love ladies!

    Cheers!!

Jim had told me about Bill and his trailer. I wanted to get these out of the yard a bit faster.

    Cheers!
