    Default Beautiful Jackson Blue

Seems like every year we go down to JB for a week or so...drop some safeties at the elbow and get lost in Crinoid Glory and Middle Ground searching for the "circuit", finding it, and celebrating til we have to drag out the safeties and head north. Any other spots in there that you think might interest a bunch of old farts looking for glory and pristine cave??? Thanx, t

It depends. Are you BM or SM?

Don't know any caves in the area that are accessible but the Mill Pond. Thought about spending some time downstream Hole in the Wall but the vis has been less than ideal the few times we have gotten back in there a good ways. If you could suggest some dives in the area that are reasonably accessible I'd appreciate it. Thanx.t

Hole in the Wall has been pretty good lately, but it can always turn on you. Also just hit Edd up for the information you are looking for. You said y'all get down each year so might as well see some "new" areas in the cave or some "new" cave while your down. I am guessing that most folks wouldn't want to offer up the information your looking for on an open forum though.

Hole in the Wall has been pretty good for a while now. Although October is the typical time of year for it to turn. There are a bunch of caves in and around Jackson County, but like Shawn said, it's not something to talk about in an open forum.

A tiny bit of looking around pays great rewards. No one is going to spoon feed it to you on the internet, but dive with some locals and get to know people...heck that's half the fun

One thing I hate about going to Jackson Co is figuring out WHICH cave to dive, not finding a cave to dive. It's like a cave diver's paradise.

Yes. I had never seen them before. Maybe a squirrel?
