Dove P1 on Monday, in the rain...

The basin was green all the way to the milky cavern, once in the chimney it cleared up and we had an awesome dive with fabulous visibility. Came back on the peanut line and the viz continued to be stellar with milkiness again in the cavern zone.

Overall an excellent dive, we had the park to ourselves (may have had something to do with the rai...)

    Dive safe,

I was in Orange Grove on Sunday (26-Sept). IT was crystal clear. The basin was kind of murky as usual but slightly less dense duckweed and viz was *slightly* better than normal.

Greetings fellow divers can anyone speculate on the normal conditions for the end of October at Orange / Peacock?
I know that rain and other factors could cause unforeseen issues but my concern is the hurricane that has been brewing down there.
It might have no effect at all just asking for some idea of what to expect.
    Thanks, JCG

I was watching the news early last week it looked as if the one might be heading for FL.
I have not really caught up with current conditions but was blown out last Jan.
That is why I was asking. I understand that the normal spring conditions begin around that time.
What is the best time to plan or three month window in your opinion to come down?

Last year's January blowout was an early "spring flood." October's usually fine.
