It was when Scott first bought it,but changed it to a tow behind..and yes it was a fun ride set up that way,and could go back with no trouble..but I think most would say that a tow behind is a faster more efficient ride. Can not believe you are selling your baby Scott...but if you get another scooter,I might be able to keep up

You could convert back to ride on if that floats your boat. Tow behind much better. less drag. I know someone out there will give this DPV a good home.
