FWIW I've seen two separate Optima divers call dives due to breather issues prior to a dive. They're a little finicky. Another diver to check with is Mel Clark, doesn't cruise here much try rebreatherworld.com
Hi talk to John Jones I think he has more dive than anybody else on the Optima in caves.
