Good news I can do it a bit. Thanks for the advise on the process of the pee valve flow.
I still can't relax enough to pee underwater but while I'm standing in the water briefing my students I can relieve the pressure. I welcome any new suggestions.

I find I do most of my peeing hanging out in the water post-dive.
I drink a lot of water pre post and mid dive. Once I am piped up I use the p-valve often in and out of the water. I try to be discreet and not draw attention to it.
At the end of the day I really love that I do not have to worry about it at all.
I can drink as much as I want.

If it burns when you pee, you got a medical problem. See a doc.
