    Smile WTS: Custom made SS BP.

    Calculations tell me the stock weight without the slots, holes, and angle cuts. is 6.7849Lbs. I would say it weighs around 5.9-6.1Lbs now. It should weigh about the same as any other standard BP. I did use the same guage steel.

    nice job. the finish is funky but cool. just a suggestion: make the holes into slots where it attaches to tank bands. Can this plate be used for single tank adaptors as well?

    oh, i have another question: arent there susposed to be 4 holes down the center? two holes to attach plate to tanks, and two separate holes to attach wings to plate?

    No wing goes on then plate. On top of the wing.

    i have an OMS plastic and SS back plates and they both have 4 holes/slots. my wings attach to the plate as a unit. now i remember my buddy who has dive rite wings puts the wings and plate on one at a time.

    Thanks for the props, yes this BP can be used with STA's... I actually make those aswell. Anyone in need of something let me know :P and for the record.. I dont sell sanity!!
