Probably not until VBulletin/PHP comes out with a "fix" to use it. The post below is from TommyB, a few pages back.

It's installed, not sure how long it will be working though. When I upgrade the server Software, looks like taptalk will not work with it.
unless taptalk fixes their stuff in the mean time
