OMS Phantom 1 LED light engine?

Has anyone tried the OMS Phantom 1 LED light engine that replaces your current 10W HID bulb/ballast? It is advertised on the inside of the front cover of the most recent NACD journal.
Is it as bright as the 10w HID? battery burn better? cost?

i have the old OMS mini phantom. 10 w. hid. around 500 lumens. the new 10w LEd is also rated at 500 lumens. get a dive rite 12w led lux. ( i got the upgrade) the new dive rite is pushing over 900 lumens.

i forgot to mention, contact gibby here on the forum (see member list), he has done repairs on my OMS light and might be able to upgrade your light or sell you a better one for a fraction of the cost. When my battery pack for my old mini phantom died, the only thing OMS would do for me was try and sell me a new HID mini phantom. they told me they dont have any more battery packs for the old one. The new battery packs dont fit the old canister. so now i was up the creek without a light and gibby saved me. he made a new battery pack that fit and a new battery pack made out of lithium ion batteries and now it works great and i didnt have to buy a whole new light from OMS. Thanks to GIBBY!!! and shame on OMS
