The water temp was in the 40's ( which I was definitely not used to) and vis was low, and it was my first dive of any duration past 150'. When they (wah wah's) were described to me, I immediately recognized them from that one dive. I'd been to 130 on air on NC wrecks several times without issue, but cold water, low vis, and little more depth...
At any rate, I am a firm believer in mix past 100' now. I don't have anything to prove to anyone about the size of my ovariesand will do what it takes to stack the deck in my favor on every dive.

I got tingly all over, and fine motor control went to crap.
As far as I could tell I was fully aware of it though.
