Abaco caves under threats?

The trouble is this is not a clean nuke plant. The Abaco power plant will burn #6 fuel oil. This is pretty nasty stuff.

Wow, completely my bad. I assumed Nuke Plant. Which was a pretty dumb assumption in itself since we haven't built a new nuclear power plant in a few decades.
