OK, in the order of known divable caves, Florida is still #1
Missouri may still be #2
Tennessee is catching up fast at #3
Indiana is #4
Kentucky is a very close #5

This all changes rapidly as new divesites are being found all the time.

As far as easy access, MO is definitely #2, as it has two caves open to the general diving public. There are a lot more, but they are on state, or private land and getting permission is an issue.

You have to know someone to find any caves in TN, IN, or KY.
