WTB: 10w HID Light

Looking for a good light for my Lake and Quarry dives. Some low viz stuff for sure (10' with particulate). Some of my buddies use the OMS Phantom or DR 10watt HIDs and they work pretty good cutting through the lower viz.

I'm limited on funds...$350.00 is my budget. I'm not a caver, YET! But plan on taking cavern this fall.

I might be setting myself up for disaster but I don't know much about HID's so I'm at the mercy of you all. It needs to be a complete setup with charger so that when I buy it, it's ready to be charged and then hit the lake.

Again my budget is $350.00 if anyone has anything let me know please.

You're budget is on the mark for a used 10w, don't worry, you should find something in that range.

If you haven't seen any of my threads, I have started a new company manufacturing dive lights.

I am now selling new 14w 1000 Lumen HID canister lights for $450. I know this is out of your price range. I am selling the 14w light heads for $250. I could probably get you into a 3 hr burn time canister for $350. PM me and we can speak about it. I also have a website in development: diveproteus.com. Otherwise, Hector (350xfire on CDF) may be able to get you into one of his LED canister lights.

JKSteger go for Wreck can. This canister can be upgraded w/DIY batteries up to 8hrs burntime. MLS has an awesome capacity (dimensions wise) canister but what I found threads are the weak point and require careful handle but it would make a good canister for video light of higher power.
