    Default SS backplate

I have a ss backplate, looks new. two harnesses to choose from. one is the thick 2-inch webbing, but it's a bit short for someone 40-inch waist and it's cut so no room to make bigger. the other is the thinner seat-belt like webbing with neoprene covers on shoulder straps and on crotch strap. the waist webbing is as big as anyone could want (never been cut to size). also your choice if you want two d-rings on each shoulder or one, and left + right d-rings, or left only. crotch strap is 2-inch wide, rear d-ring and scooter ring.

continuous webbing, hogarthian. so if by "clips" you meant quick-release plastic buckles and/or adustable, these don't have them.

$150.00 and you pay shipping. If you can find something closer to you and cheaper that's fine, but this stuff is like new - I may have zero dives on them, but pretty sure there are a few dives on the thicker harness. Picture on right is SS backplate (it's very shiny chrome really) with thick webbing harness. Picture on right is aluminum backplate with soft webbing harness. I'll mix and match and do d-rings as you please.

Dayo Scuba (sponsor of this forum) has some very nice ss plates. I got two from them last summer. Then get a Dive Rite BC1080Q harness from your local Dive Rite dealer and you'll have just what you asked for, brand new, for not a lot of money.

No doubt. Although some divers don't want them, I wouldn't have a harness without one.
