There is no easy way to answer that for Little River. A lot depends on how full the aquifer is, and I suspect it isn't very full right now. The action stage is more for street flooding, than for spring flooding.

Peacock is easier, since the slough if a fixed distance above the river. It has to get to around 25-26 feet at Luraville, for Peacock to flood.
