    Default cheap computer

    Hey All,

    I need a computer on the cheap to get me through the summer. And by cheap, i mean CHEAP. hundred bucks or less. After the summer i will start looking for a long term comp, but for now i need something to get me through cavern and intro.

    Hey Rob, I have an 80286 desktop with a monochrome monitor with a 10meg hard disk drive and a 5 1/4 inch floppy drive...will even throw in a math coprocessor, all for just $99.99, payed over $3k for it. Let me know, i can deliver to the High Springs area. Also have a 80386 but that's a little outside your budget constraint. Bill

    There's these really cool things called "dive tables" that you can get for free with most open water classes...okay in the old days.
    Anyway you just get a depth guage and waterproof watch and you're all set, or you can spring and get a bottom timer for like $100 used.

    P.S. Don't be cheap on stuff you're betting your life on in a cave.

    I guess it's not cool to admit that you're not made of money on the forum huh....
