Geography question

Without my logbook in front of me, I may miss some.

Arkansas, Indianna, Missouri, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Virginia, West Virginia, Florida, Bahamas, Cayman, Bonaire, and Mexico.

Mostly northern Florida, 4 cave dives on Grand Bahama, a few cavern dives in Mexico.

Technically a few little holes in Hawaii, but they don't really count if you can still see daylight.

Not to Hijack but..........Tell me about the holes in Hawaii. I'm moving there this summer.
