Buy a set made for 7.25" cylinders and choke them up a bit if you have to. Some LP 85's are 7.25", some are less.

Last time I bought hardware I went to Fastenal and bought a 5 ft hunk of 5/16" allthread, brought it home and cut it up with a porta-band, then rounded the ends off nice. The five foot piece was cheaper than a set made up, and now there is a spare if I need (or four).

As said, much easier to get some 5/16 threaded rod.
