You know the ninth of anything is never memorable. I was just waiting for say, your 25th ocean dive. Now that's a much more memorable number! You know that I would never do anything to purposely upset you, Barb.

Land of Enchantment -- not so great for cave diving, but mighty scenic!
Flying out in the morning. Hopefully the forcast for snow is inacurate! SG and Sandy...see you tomorrow. Everyone else on Friday. Sorry you can't make it Charles, but I did tell you after the last one that there would be no more trips for you without an H card! Hopefully missing this one will inspire you to practice!
Hmm...some of you are snoozin' right now because you're leaving super early to catch a flight to the land of year-round warmth and good cave diving. I've just discovered a problem with my gear and am hoping that somebody can help me. I went to do a last minute check of my primary battery and somehow lost the O-ring on my light canister. It was there this morning, and now it's gone. If only I had the time to order a new one, which I don't, so I'm throwing myself on the mercy of the Coco community to see if someone has an extra laying around or if anybody can pick one up from a dive shop stateside.
If nothing else, does anyone know of a dive shop on Cozymel that would have these O-rings in stock?
For reference, the O-ring is for the Dive Rite LED 700 Canister (now discontinued), it is also called the Slimline canister (as opposed to the Wreck canister).
On the DiveGearExpress.com website it has part number DR-LT6015 (link)
The light can also be seen here, on the retired section of the DR website (link)
Thanks and hope to see y'all soon in sunny Mexico!

I'm awake now. I will try and bring the O ring for that cannister, as I now have a LM.

John, I have a spare primary with me and it is a DR slimline can. You're welcome to use it or just to the oring if you prefer.
