How many scooters should we try to take? Adam,Slim how far back do you want to take teems to work? I may have to ship things to people to spread the load.

There is so much in the upper areas that still need to be checked out. I think that maybe justg one scooter for a main push team to use and all the others can be checking out all the off shoots and work on getting some more data for a better survey and to keep the map updated.

I think that most will be to busy to first learn the cave and to survey so that an extra might be a waist unless they just want to spend 1 day checking out as much as they can and having nothing but fun.

If we push the other then maybe 2 will be needed so that each diver can push that other place we have been talking about and see where it goes.

Mmmmm, survey! Anyone have some of Jason's cooler-than-cool survey paper?

Or is there survey data capture preference?

I have a few boxes of water-proof printer paper I can use to print up something if needed.

Do you need some? I'm sure I can get some to someone going along- I will have it at the CDS convention.

I would have at least two, in case one quits working.

True, and that logic could apply in many aspects of life....tanks, lights, cars, spouses....

But it is a Mike built scooter, I know how well they work and what a great job they do for small places and the ease of handeling.

If it breaks, he will have it fixed in no time and it will be running again the next day. Like what he makes is going to break, LOL, LOL

I put 4lbs. on each tank, I was more worried about the tanks floating up than having to take one off on the dives we were doing.

I also had a weight belt on though, even if it was hiked up under my chest to get the trim right.

I think both is the way to go, those 80's just get real butt light toward the end of the dive. Although, I also modified the way I had them attached so that each one was attached at the waist, and then around to the waist d-ring also to keep it from flopping up. That worked pretty well.
